    This can be very tricky. If you have a unique business that needs special attention, it would take a little more to make it stand out. You are really going to have to do the extra work to make it appealing to those that might not even know what you do.

    These are good tips. I think if you have a business that is appealing you will always find someone that is ready to work for you. A business that is not known to many might take a little more to get noticed.

    I have kept a close eye on how companies make their ads. I always prefer to see a job title and brief description of it. Most of the time pay is not included, but that would make me reply a lot faster.
